Jessica Greener you are totaly out and cyckling regarding the staff !! If you have behave well the staff hade been politite to you. This is one of the best hotels in Sweden regarding the rooms and the god behaver of the staff.

Though the hotel is kept clean and presentable, we were treated in an unwelcome manner by the staff. We were falsely accused of smoking in the room due to having opened our room window to let in fresh air, and were offered no apology for their outlandish mistake.

Good sized rooms with kitchenette and sofa bed. For two people ome room is ideal, for three-four people it could be quite crowded. We had one night upstairs which seem to be smaller due to the bend in the ceiling and for this reason seem to be smaller. Some rooms are in the basement which I don't think are the best ones. If you have a choice go for the ground floor ones. Good laundry facilities, gym, sauna. Unfortuntely the jacuzzi didn't work and as the receptionist said it may not work again (almost took one star off for this). It would be a nice feature though. There is also a nice wine cellar and a nice meeting room. Very nice and helpful staff. Coffee and tea is 20Kronen at the reception. When we were staying they offered free apples from a local farm. If you arrive over night arrange it before as there is no 24 hour reception. Go for q-parking next door as it is considerably cheaper, unless your package includes free parking.

My kollegors and I where att The Mora Hotel for a work ingen medling. The surroundings where Lively and tastefull. The conference room was fine and The service verkligen gooda. An enjoyable experience.

We stayed here for 6 weeks. The hotel has a good location and connection to the city. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Cleaning service is not very good. They always change the towels and reset the beds but sometimes not using the vacuum cleaner and don't wash the floor.

Rum 301 så bra så snyggt underbar matsal så gott i vendels matrum fantastiskt gott allt är perfekt på detta hotel även frukosten

Vilken pärla!! Nytt, fräscht, rymliga rum, sköna sängar, underbar frukost i fantastisk miljö. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Inbjudande entré och reception. Fantastiskt fin byggnad invändigt och utvändigt. Mysig spartansk innergård. Helt i min smak! Hit åker jag gärna fler gånger!

Fin hotell , det saknades tandkräm! Det var enda missen för en i övrigt fin hotell, med en särskild charm , mys faktorn är 200% !

Fantastiskt trevlig personal, god frukost, fina rum och bra läge på hotellet. Tack vare den jättebra planlösningen kunde vi bo två vuxna och två små barn i ett av de större rummet och det fungerade väldigt bra under en längre tid. Ett stort plus var diskmaskin på rummet. Jag skulle absolut komma tillbaka hit igen!

Trevligt hotell i en häftig byggnad. Bra service. Bra frukost, men inte jättemycket att välja på. Enda nackdelen är att rummen inte har AC, så det kan bli lite varmt.

Jag besökte The More med jobbet flr en planeringsdag. Frukosten som erbjöds var god och lagom varierad. Tyvärr var lunchen inte lika tilfredställande, vi fick be om extra potatis då det bara erbjöds 3 små potatisar per talrik. Lambiffen vi fick var för stor och ingen i sällskapet blev särskilt nöjda med lunchen. Lokalerna är ganska mysiga och fräscha. Man kan både ta bussen eller gå till hotellet!
